Entry Forms for May 19th Schooling Show

May President's Message

Hello all,
What fantastic weather we're having! I hope you've spent tons of time with your equine partner and are making great progress on your riding.

The April Schooling Show at Cherry Tree Farm was a great success. What a treat it was to have an "S" Judge for a schooling show! Several members took the opportunity to do upper level rides so that they would be able to gauge their success at a rated show so we saw some amazing rides. My favorite was Leslie Carpenter's Prix St George ride on Why Not Eddie. What a fantastic pair! It was a real treat.

Our next show is Sunday, May 19th at Cherry Tree. Our judge is club fav Ilyse Gold. You can find the entry form for the show here.

How is your Rated show prep coming along? Are you and your horse signed up with USEF and USDF? Have you completed your safe sport training? Have you reviewed the equipment and turnout regulations and are you sure your tack is "legal"? You can find info on these items on our Rated Show page.

Our club needs a volunteer to manage the award standings spreadsheet. This entails entering the scores after each show into a spreadsheet and keeping track of where each member stands in each category and level. A bit of excel experience is a must but it's a great way to earn volunteer hours without breaking a sweat! Its about 1 hour a month. Email me here for more info.

Lastly, Mariah Wilson is asking for a dressage scribe for Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Email Teresa Heine if you can help at hawaiianwhitechick@yahoo.com

That's it for today! See you in the arena!
